The Trieuth at Lincoln Square

Trieuth development served as general contractor for this unique construction project, also known as The Trieuth at Lincoln Square, a new 60 unit mixed-use residential in Chicagos Lincoln square neighborhood. It compose of 3 buildings ranging from 1 - 4 bedrooms with storefront at ground level.

The Trieuth at Skokie

4750 Keeney, is a new 5-story, 20-unit, mixed-use luxury apartment building in Skokie. Amenities include multi-use room, lounge, sundeck, parking garage and a roof terrace.

Located across the street from Skokie swift, the design is comprised of first floor retail, common areas (fitness, lounge, leasing offices and lobby), residential levels, as well as a green roof, and bike storage.

The Trieuth at Palatine

8 S. Brockway st is a ground-up 3 story, 18 unit luxury apartment building located in the heart of downtown Palatine . The building features 2 bedroom floor plans (1000-1200 square feet), most with private balconies and all with high-end finishes and appliances. There are 34 indoor resident parking spaces on the first floor and bike spaces.
